Actually, I'm not a
very organized person who plans everything he does, but I do plan my vacations.
When I leave the summer vacation, I intend to travel south, specifically to
"Licán Ray", which is located in the municipality of Villarrica,
Araucanía Region, on the northern shore of Lake Calafquén. It is part of the
tourism sector known as Los Siete Lagos.
I plan to go with my
girlfriend and my family, to visit handicraft fairs where you can find great
variety of works in turned wood, fabrics and goldsmiths. Its Plaza de Armas has
wide walkways and several plant species characteristic of the Araucania. We
will also visit the San Francisco church, an old wooden temple and tejuelas
that is located at the end of Calle Cacique Carimán, crossing the bridge over
the Melihuén River. And maybe we will visit the small beach, as it is known, is
suitable for swimming and water sports, I say perhaps because my family is not
very athletic.
We still have not got
the money to go to "Licán Ray" but we hope that by November we will
have the necessary money for these longed vacations.
