Well, in
holidays,I travel south, specifically to "Licán Ray", which is
located in the municipality of Villarrica, Araucanía Region, on the northern
shore of Lake Calafquén. It is part of the tourism sector known as the seven
lakes region.
The last
year I was from visit to “Licán ray” with my girlfriend by three days. Now I
plan to go with my family the next year, to show them what I went to see. We
will visit handicraft fairs where you can find great variety of works in turned
wood, fabrics and goldsmiths.
Its Plaza de Armas has wide walkways and several
plant species characteristic of the Araucania. We also visit the San Francisco
church, an old wooden temple and tejuelas that is located at the end of Calle
Cacique Carimán, crossing the bridge over the Melihuén River. The next year
maybe we will visit a small beach that is suitable for swimming and water
sports, I say perhaps because my family is not very athletic.
“Licán Ray”
is the best place, I can relax quietly and enjoy truly my holidays.
